Keeping it local

At Forse of Nature we are passionate about sourcing our food locally and reducing the impact we have on the planet.

We are proud to showcase local producers and the best of quality Scottish produce.

We source our meat from Latheronwheel Butchers and as locally as possible and are proud to support local farmers. We grow our own salad and vegetables in the walled garden and use other Scottish producers when we can, we collect free-range eggs from our own hens as well as using eggs from Halkirkburn Holdings

All of our baking, soups and specials are made fresh in house.

In the summer, our ice-cream is supplied by Capaldi’s of Brora

We are also proud to stock local chocolate, craft beer, rum and gin.

In our craft shop, we have more than 80 local crafters displaying their wares and we are delighted to be able to showcase the variety and talent of the local area.
